Erika and Joshua

Erika and Joshua were classmates since Grade 4 in Ateneo de Davao. They have been together for 9 years. Erika pursued being a doctor while Josh is a Computer Programmer. They decided to get married in Davao because it is their hometown. Both families and friends were there to witness this beautiful wedding.

FYAM was in Davao yesterday to shoot Erika and Joshua’s wedding. They tied the knot at Saint Joseph The Worker Parish Church, followed by a beautiful reception at Club Samal Resort.

Erika and Joshua were both super chill and cool. This totally reflected on their SDE. Love and music were prominent all throughout the evening as both were very talented individuals. I remember Erika singing while saying her vows, and Joshua couldn’t help but shed a tear! It’s easy to break into tears when you know the love is real. During the grand entrance, Erika sang while Joshua played the guitar as they serenaded their friends and family. I truly felt how they were so connected, and I can’t help but wish the same for everyone!

Do watch the SDE!

Monica and Keenan

Last night, I sent Monica the video link of her wedding film, and her reply was, “Therese, it’s PERFECT!”.

I remember meeting Monica at our office in Makati. She was really pretty. She didn’t even mention that she was the daughter of Ms. Margie Moran and Mr. Tony Boy Floirendo. Nor did she mention that they own Pearl Farm, Davao. But she did mention her favorite film director, Sophia Coppola.

I remember watching “The Bling Ring” after she told me about this. haha!

The FYAM team is  very honored to shoot the wedding of Monica and Keenan.

Monica and Keenan’s nuptial was something we will remember, even after a thousand weddings. They had 300 guests & a number of VIP’s who flew all the way to Davao for their big day.

The weather was crazy, but this didn’t stop everyone from having a good time! Our hotel was 5 minutes away from the ceremony area, not to mention that we were divided by the sea, and we could still hear them partying at 2 in the morning!

We had to ride countless speedboats. From our hotel – to Malipano Island – to the ceremony area – and finally to the reception. I got back to Manila and I honestly still feel like I’m riding one. But it was an experience we all would love to do again.

Congratulations, Monica and Keenan!
