Angela and Peejay

Angela and Peejay got married in Pico de Loro. It was FYAM’s last wedding of 2017! They particularly wanted to see aerial shots, and we hope we pulled it off! I was so excited to read Angela’s message when I sent her the SDE link. She messaged me with “Ang ganda!!! Kilig pa din ako and teary-eyed everytime i watch it! Im sure I will play yung sde everyday!!!” I remember feeling the same after my own wedding!

Angela and Peejay were high school classmates. They knew each other long time ago, but only got reconnected online when Angela went back to the Philippines around 2010 to visit. It’s never too late! Sometimes you just have to ignite the fire to keep it burning as they say! 2013 came, Angela decided to relocate back to the Philippines. 4 YEARS after, Angela and Peejay see themselves in Pico de Loro surrounded by their friends and family, witnessing a promise of a lifetime together.

Kylie and Jay Jay

Kylie and Jayjay have been together since August 2015. When I asked what they love about each other? Kylie says that he can make her laugh even at the dullest moment. Jayjay on the other hand loves how Kylie is laid back, simple, and reserved.

I remember my meeting with Kylie and Jay Jay. He particularly said, “gusto ko yung SDE ni Iya and Drew!” that’s why they did a cliff wedding at Kawayan Cove.

The logistics of this wedding was quite tedious, but definitely worth it! The day was just perfect. It was raining a bit in the morning, but the sun shone just in time for Kylie and Jayjay’s wedding. The drone shot of Kylie walking on the aisle is the highlight. But I think being surrounded by their closest friends and family as they professed their love for each other is the most surreal moment that FYAM is so honored to capture.

Now I Get The Feeling Of Being The Bride

When you sit on the make-up chair and told not to worry about a thing.

When you can’t describe the feeling while walking the aisle, but you just wish you won’t trip on the floor because your gown is a bit too long.

When you are asked to project in front of the camera, but end up laughing so hard instead of trying to look demure.

When someone comes up on stage to say a speech, and you just feel really scared of what that person would say.

Well, these are just a few things I felt.

To be honest, I broke all the rules in my wedding. Quite ironic because I would usually give a damn good advise to my clients during meetings as if I was married before. I would say, “make sure to write your weddings on a piece of paper”, but I end up typing it on my phone 30min before I walked down the aisle. But I guess, when love comes, you don’t really have much time to waste. I told myself, “I don’t care if I’m wearing a gown I just ordered 2 days ago online. I simply want lotsa booze, good music, my friends and family, and of course, my groom on my wedding day”

I remember during my wedding day, I told kuya Delfin, “hey! Please take care of my gown.” And then 5 seconds after, we were looking at each other. It was me, my boss Jason, and Ms. Madge, blurted out laughing, “parang first time ah!”. It’s a usual scenario, but it was way too funny because I was acting like a real Bride. And from there, I just snapped and stopped worrying. I knew, I’m in good hands right? I’m with the people I work with, and I trust them fully with my wedding.

My husband told me, “Baby, your team is amazing. They are really good at what they do. We are so lucky!” and all the more do I feel proud that I am working with people who are so passionate with what they do.
Now I get the feeling when my couple would say, “I watched our video alooot of times.”

Thanks to my boss Jason Magbanua and our team, especially Kuya Pat, Ate Mada, Enzo, Lord, Tin, Kuya Delf, ate Patti, Ms. Madge, Sir Dino & Gia, Mangored, my family and friends, Wedding Industry friends, everything fell into place. This video is reliving that moment we were crazy enough to organize a wedding in less than a month. It won’t really be such an amazing wedding if not for these people who were there to help, celebrate and witness our love.

Isa, this is just the beginning. This video is especially for you, my asawa!

Jacky and Sani

A few months ago, Sani and Jacky got married at Punta Fuego. The view was spectacular! The weather was perfect, and everything in place.

I can tell Jacky is super lucky to have Sani! They told me how he proposed in Paris. It was like something that you watch in the movies, but real time. Sani is someone who loves surprising Jacky. Even during the wedding day, Sani had surprises coming every hour for Jacky. How sweet is that?!

Eva and Homer

Eva and Homer got married a few weeks ago in Batangas. The ceremony was held at St. Therese of the Child Jesus, followed by a reception at Kawayan Cove.

I was informed that they were neighbors ever since they were kids, but I was still a little surprised to know that Eva’s house was literally beside Homer’s when we went there to shoot. It was fun! First time for us to shoot in a sugarcane farm and ancestral house for a save the date video in Batangas!

Eva & Homer Save the date from For You Are Mine on Vimeo.

We were surprised when we got to their house, we were served with so much food, as if we were guests. I even remember Oly Ruiz asking, “may ibang bisita ba?”. We want to thank Eva, Homer and their families for the warm welcome! We felt treated as family, and not just as suppliers.

Congratulations and best wishes to Eva and Homer!

Ricia’s Debut

We still specialize in wedding films, but with the high demand of debut clients, thus this SDE.

Ricia is currently studying at PSID but I won’t be surprised if I see her on TV singing.

This debut blew me away. Her parents definitely had taste in everything! I bet the guests were talking about it even after the event! It was raining so hard that night at Indigo Suites and Pavilion in Batangas, but everyone just had a good time partying on the catwalk stage.

The debutant wore two Francis Libiran gowns. The event was beautifully styled by Teddy Manuel. Her coordinator was Ernest Pascual of Bespoke Manila. Ricia had her make-up done by Madge Lejano of The Make-up Studio. The food was catered by K. by Cunanan. With the list of suppliers, there is no way that you will go wrong!

Now I will just let you watch the SDE so you understand what I’m talking about.
